Double Duty Results
I hate night games. I get a few good shots, a lot of crap. Well, mostly crap. But that’s the way it goes when there are areas of the field that essentially get no light. It’s too bad that those areas are pretty important spots of the field.
I love day games. I get to drop the ISO and don’t have to worry about lights and shadows and all of the other things that make shooting night games so much not fun.
Double Duty
Because of a rainout yesterday, I get my first marathon day photo wise. Men’s soccer game at 3:30 followed by a women’s game at 7. I’m excited, I haven’t had a chance to just stay out there for that long yet. All that soccer should be great.
To celebrate, here is a shot I’ve gotten from the men’s a women’s teams this year.
On that note, I really need to start getting some of this year’s shots up on Sapid Existence.
Oh, the Wonderful Pictures
I’ve gotten a lot of pictures so far this year, and I probably should be doing a better job telling people where they are. The really good ones will probably find their way over to Sapid Existence at some point.
Men’s Soccer
Women’s Soccer
Cross Country
Intramural Sports
If you know people on one of these teams, make sure they know where to find pictures of themself.
Project Cold Coffee
Pam needs to do a comic book for one of her classes. I started thinking randomly (and without knowing that) that it would be cool if there was a really insecure super hero who was really messed up psychologically, mostly with anxiety disorders.
Combine the two, and I think there might be something cool going down.
So if you have any ideas for this comic book, please let me know. I’d love to hear them. I have some stuff planned out already, but I’m keeping it upnder wraps for right now.
